MHW overview

1. The client came with the main problem, extra kilos. She started at 86 kg. The goal was 70 kg.
By this time she already had 5 attempts to lose weight with various diets, Keto, Rina diet, water diet, calorie counting through different apps. But, all attempts failed.

2.In addition to the extra kilos, she complains about abdominal discomfort. She noticed the abdominal discomfort appeared after one of these diets. After this she could not continue with any diet.



What we did

In short:

We started with 4 weeks of MHW special diet. This helped her to balance her nutrition state, normalized the work of the stomach, and after that she began to lose weight quickly.
