The body stores energy in the form of sucrose. It is stored in the blood, muscles and liver. First of all, the body uses reserves from the blood, then from the muscles and liver. When sucrose stores run out, the body begins to use fat as energy.
During the course of Duromine, you consume fewer calories than you used to consume before. If you significantly reduce the consumption of sugar at the same time, the energy reserves in the form of sucrose decrease. Therefore, even without additional physical activity, your body begins to burn fat.
If you add physical activity, the fat burning process is greatly accelerated, and the results become more noticeable.

What kind of workouts to choose while taking Duromine?
Do not rush to sign up for hard workouts! If your doctor has prescribed Duromine, then your body mass index (the ratio of weight to the square of height) is above average. And with a high body mass index, intense training is contraindicated.
